About Logan Lake Health Centre

The Logan Lake Health Centre has a health-care team that works collaboratively to offer a range of health-care services on-site. Care is client-centered and culturally safe.

When you come to the centre, you may have a check-up with a family doctor (virtually or in-person), or an appointment with a social worker, or a nurse.

This clinic provides care only for registered patients. For more information on how to register for a provider, contact 8-1-1 or visit the Health Connect Registry.

Yes, but it also depends on the service you need. Please call 250-523-9414 during operating hours for more information.

Is the health centre accessible by public transit?

No.

Is the health centre open on holidays?

No.

How do I book a lab appointment?

For locations that have appointment booking as an option, you can book your lab test and ECG online.

If you're unable to book online, please call the Digital Health Support Desk at 1-844-870-4756. The support desk is open Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please note the support desk is closed statutory holidays.

How do I book a diagnostic imaging appointment?

Call 250-674-4107 or visit https://myhealthportal.interiorhealth.ca to book an appointment between 8:45 a.m. to noon on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Available services are x-ray examination and diagnosis.

How do I access mental health and substance use services?

Call 250-378-3401 (self referrals accepted) to access a range of counseling, treatment and support programs tailored to individuals' needs. Referrals to specialized programs are available.

How do I access nutrition/diabetes education?

Call 250-523-9414, ex. 2 (physician and self referrals accepted). Services:
in person or virtual appointments with dietitians. Home health dietitian services available for patients with feeding tubes.

How do I access respiratory/spirometry services?

Call 250-523-9414, ex. 2 (by physician referrals only). Services: comprehensive assessment, treatment, and support for individuals with respiratory conditions, offering diagnostic testing, therapy management and education. Referrals to specialized programs available.
