Poplar Ridge Pavilion, located in the KBRH in Trail, embodies a resident-centered philosophy designed to support residents’ choices, help people function at their highest level, and provide the best quality of life possible.
 
This facility is located on the top floor of a two storey building and is designed for extended care. It has 4 single rooms, 4 four bed rooms, and 15 double rooms.

Parking Information?

Public parking is available behind the clinic along Wood Street. Access the clinic through side door. Free two-hour parking along Tranquille Road.
This is a scent-free building. Please do not wear perfumes, colognes and other strongly scented personal care products to the centre.
Smoking is not permitted on the property. All  IH properties are completely smoke-free. This includes vaping products.
