Just press your HomeSafe Help Button, worn on a wristband or pendant. It connects you or loved one to help in a case of a fall or an emergency 24/7. The help button is paired with an in-home Communicator which acts as a speaker phone for two-way voice communication. All calls are answered by highly trained and caring Lifeline Response Associates who will access your profile, contact the people you’ve identified, and request the help you want. The Lifeline Response Associates will even follow up to confirm that help has arrived.

For an added layer of protection, HomeSafe with Fall Detection is an excellent choice for those with a history, risk or fear of falling. If a fall is detected, it’s designed to get you 24/7 access to help, even if you are disoriented, immobilized, or unconscious.1

On the Go is Lifeline’s mobile option that works with a GPS locator so that you can quickly get the help you need in your home or on the go. Automatic fall detection can call for help if a fall is detected and you are unable to press the help button.1 No matter where you are you will still have access to 24/7 help should you experience a fall or need medical assistance.2

This program is now being managed by Lifeline Canada. We are proud to be serving the Interior Health region and delivering Canada’s leading medical alert service.

  • Coverage inside and outside the home provided where third-party cellular network coverage is available and subject to device location, environment, equipment, and facility conditions. Signal range may vary. Lifeline may not always be able to determine your location. Recharging of the On the Go Mobile pendant is done by the subscriber as needed by connecting it to its charger.
