Delivery Time
Messages received late Friday, on weekends or statutory holidays will be delivered at the next opportunity.

Your message will be delivered to your loved one in a timely manner. Our volunteers will be happy to help with the reading of the emails for those patients needing that service. Please include the full name of the patient.

  • All messages received are handled confidentially. Please note that this system is designed for well wishes only. Any other type of communication or messages (e.g., e-mails conducting personal business, containing questionable content, or business/vendor solicitations) will not be delivered and will be deleted from the system.
  • Only messages in text will be delivered. Please do not send images or any graphics with your email; they will not be delivered.
  • Please note that this system is set up only to receive e-mail. We cannot send outgoing replies or confirm that a patient is indeed registered.
