Feedback about mental health and substance use services

A survey of mental health short stay patients (psychiatry patients that stayed overnight in a hospital) and substance use residential treatment clients (MHSU) took place in 2011.  71 BC facilities from across BC and all 10 Interior Health facilities were surveyed.

How did we do?

Interior Health’s overall quality of care was rated at 85% (good to excellent) by psychiatry patients.  Substance use clients rated services at 97% (good to excellent).
