Location & Contact:
Access to subsidized assisted living residences is through a Home Health assessment. For more information on subsidized units, contact the Home Health office nearest you. Please do not contact the Operator directly regarding subsidized units. Information on private pay units is available through the Office of the Assisted Living Registrar.
Building Amenities: Dining/lounge, laundry room, all suites with patios, bathing spa, Hair Salon, scooter parking, landscaped grounds.

Type of Accommodation: 11 publicly subsidized assisted living units.
The monthly charge for publicly subsidized Assisted Living is based on income. Residents pay 70% of their monthly after-tax income, up to a maximum amount. Persons receiving disability benefits from the Ministry of Housing and Social Development pay a fixed rate. This charge is paid monthly to the Assisted Living Operator along with a small monthly BC Hydro surcharge. 
Special Recreation: Social and recreational programming offered as part of the Independent Living BC Program. Tenants cannot attend Adult Day Programming.
Accessibility: Handicap Friendly.
Motorized Scooter Policy: Outdoor scooters not permitted throughout building. Scooters for indoor use only permitted. Building has scooter room with electrical charging outlets.
Pet Policy: No pets.
Smoking Policy:
Non smoking building – tenants may smoke on their private outdoor patio space.
Safety & Security: 24 hour emergency response pendants for tenants. Building has perimeter security.
Neighbourhood Community Amenities: Building within a few blocks of downtown Revelstoke, doctors offices, shopping, pharmacy and grocery stores.
Facility Restrictions: Rent is currently paid directly to Interior Health Authority
inSite operates a Meals on Wheels program for seniors living in the community from Moberly Manor.
