31 bed complex care facility with private rooms in two wings. We are housed on the 2nd floor of the Community Health Centre. There are fully fenced patio areas with gardens and sitting areas surrounding the building.​

Mainly english, some staff speak various languages.  Religious denominations visiting weekly.

Philosophy of Care:

Our resident-centred philosophy is designed to support residents’ choices, help people function at their highest level and provide the best quality of life possible.​

Palliative care and end-of-life services, including  eligibility assessment and the provision of medical assistance in dying (MAiD), are available at this care home.

Type of Accommodation:
30 Residential Complex Care beds, 1 Palliative bed. Each room is furnished with a bed & mattress, wardrobe, dresser & bedside table. Each room has a telephone & cablevision hookup that the resident is responsible for initiating & paying.

Monthly rate is up to 80 per cent of client’s after tax income, with minimum and maximum rates set by the Ministry of Health Services. More information.​

Special Recreation:

Recreation staff on site.  Monthly calendar of events posted, outings include boat trips, shopping trips, scenic drives, legion lunches. Various games & programs daily. 


Parkview Place has level access via the back of the building, wheelchair accessible.

Motorized Scooter Policy:

May be used outside following assessment by Occupational Therapist.

Pet Policy:

The facility has a cat, several birds, & an aquarium who live in the house.  Personal permanent pet companions restricted. Pet visits are welcome.​

Safety & Security:

Fully fenced around building with coded gates.  All facility doors coded for exits.​

Neighbourhood Community Amenities:

Enderby is a small community – parks, shopping, restaurants within walking distance of facility.  Physicians available in community.​

Facility Restrictions:

Personal permanent pet companions restricted.  However pet therapy programs in place, family pet visits welcome.

Other Amenities:

24 hr nursing care provided.  Services available include; Social work, Dietician, Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy.  Foot care, dental hygeine, and hair services available at a fee for service. There is a computer for resident use.  Personal laundry done on site.
