Location & Contact:
Access to subsidized assisted living residences is through a Home Health assessment. For more information on subsidized units, contact the Home Health office nearest you. Please do not contact the Operator directly regarding subsidized units. Information on private pay units is available through the Office of the Assisted Living Registrar.
Building Amenities: Private dining room, chapel, multi-purpose room, laundry, hairdressing room, large main entrance lobby with secure entrance system, reception area, and large courtyard which includes a walk way.

Philosophy of Care: The mission of The Good Samaritan Society is to extend Christian Hospitality through a continuum of care to those in need or at risk, regardless of race or religious belief.
Type of Accommodation: This facility has 28 one-bedroom and 2 studio publicly subsidized assisted living suites.
These suites contain a three-piece wheelchair accessible bathroom and a kitchenette including apartment size fridge.
The monthly charge for publicly subsidized Assisted Living is based on income. Residents pay 70% of their monthly after-tax income, up to a maximum amount. Persons receiving disability benefits from the Ministry of Housing and Social Development pay a fixed rate. This charge is paid monthly to the Assisted Living Operator along with a small monthly BC Hydro surcharge.
Special Recreation: Have a facility bus so there are opportunities for bus trips for residents pay $4.00 per trip.
Accessibility: Fully Wheelchair Accessible.
Motorized Scooter Policy: Scooters are permitted.
