Brochures and fact sheets

The Alzheimer Society of B.C. has a variety of free educational brochures and fact sheets for people with dementia, their families, caregivers, and anyone who is concerned about dementia. Fact sheets on day-to-day living, research, legal and financial issues, as well as ethical guidelines are also available. These resources are also available through local Alzheimer Resources Centres or by calling the Dementia Helpline.

  • Insight is a quarterly educational bulletin produced by the Alzheimer Society of B.C. The majority of the newsletter content is contributed by people with dementia.
  • In Touch is a quarterly educational bulletin that provides up-to-date information and practical suggestions for caregivers living in B.C.

Memory problems?

This booklet was created by people in the early stage of dementia, for people in the early stage of dementia. It was written by participants from the Early Stage Support Groups in the North/Central Okanagan Region of the Alzheimer Society of B.C.
