Population Health Operations' goal is to provide transparency to the public by posting substantiated complaints regarding licensed long term care facilities.

If a complaint is found to be valid and contravenes the applicable Act/Regulations, it is currently listed on the Substantiated Complaints in Senior’s Care Facilities

As of September 1, 2018 substantiated complaints for all licensed care providers as well as reports for those found to be operating in contravention of the CCALA will be posted on Interior Health’s  public website for five years. Visit inspection reports for details.

Visit our Terms and Definitions of Complaint Categories or Frequently Asked Questions for more information.  If you have further questions, please contact Licensing Direct.
