​Population Health Operations' goal is to provide transparency to the public by posting substantiated complaints regarding licensed long term care facilities.

As of September 1, 2018 substantiated complaints for all licensed care providers as well as reports for those found to be operating in contravention of the CCALA will be posted on Interior Health’s  public website for five years. Visit inspection reports for details.
