Clinical Services Building

The $79.8-million Clinical Services Building is the first phase of redevelopment at Royal Inland Hospital. It will provide space for several outpatient services, including:

  • Outpatient Lab and Electrocardiogram services
  • Pre-surgical Screening
  • Cardiopulmonary
  • Neurodiagnostics
  • Community Respiratory Therapy
  • IV Therapy
  • Vascular Improvement Program

The new building will also provide teaching space for the UBC Medical School program, a new lecture theatre, as well as up to 350 spaces for onsite parking, improved vehicle and pedestrian access to the hospital, and space at street level for retail tenants.
