The following resources are intended for residential contracted partners within the IH region.

The RAI-MDS 2.0 is an electronic tool which guides the clinician in gathering resident specific information.  It provides outputs calculated from this information which supports the care team in the development of the resident specific care plan.  The effectiveness of the care plan can be monitored using the outputs of subsequent Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments.

The RAI-MDS 2.0 consists of the assessment form (MDS) and several assessment protocols, outcome scales as well as other outputs used for administrative support.

RAI basic training part 3 (GoldCare Navigation)

The GoldCare software is used by Interior Health and many of its contracted partners.  The clinician navigates through the Minimum Data Set (MDS) in the software to record resident specific data.  The software calculates the clinical and administrative outputs which assist in decision making for resident care and at the facility site level.
