Rossland has charm, history and an active arts community making this growing community an ideal place to live, work and play.  It is found high in the Monashee Mountain Range, nestled in the crater of an ancient volcano.

In winter, Rossland becomes a powder mecca for skiers at Red Mountain Resort. The annual Rossland Winter Carnival is a well-known event which celebrates the community's rich cultural diversity.

Rossland is located approximately halfway between Vancouver and Calgary on Highway 3B, only 6 kms north of the US border.
