Providing public records in the spirit of transparency

Public accountability is one of the components of Interior Health’s strategic objectives. We are committed to informing the public about how we deliver services to meet the needs of our communities, as well as reporting on the services and resources provided to meet those needs.

A large number of Interior Health corporate records are accessible to the public through requests made under the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. In the spirit of transparency, Interior Health will make available to the public a variety of corporate records by proactively publishing these records online.

These records will be available without the public having to make an official Freedom of Information Request and will include the following types of records:

Corporate records not proactively published can be requested through the corporate records request process
