Interior Health has enhanced the patient/public experience for our virtual and digital tools, with one number to call for support. Digital Health Support Desk is now available 7 days a week.
How we can help you
MyHealthPortal is an online tool that provides patients with secure 24-7 access to their personal health information from a computer, tablet or smartphone. We can help with password/logon ID resets, enrolments, proxy requests and more.
Assistance with booking or rescheduling an outpatient lab appointment or blood test and general account maintenance.
Support for downloading Zoom, setting up a test Zoom visit, and troubleshooting technical issues.
