Before you apply
A strong application starts with preparation. Before applying, take some time to review the job posting and make sure your resume and cover letter highlight the education, experience and qualifications relevant to the role.

The application process
Visit Jobs.InteriorHealth.ca to browse current opportunities. Search by keyword, location or category to find positions that match your interests and experience.
Create an account through our online career portal. This process takes less than five minutes.
You’ll be asked to:
- Create your profile and agree to the terms of use
- Provide your name and contact information
- Indicate your eligibility to work in Canada
- Indicate whether you are currently or previously have worked for IH
- Upload your resume, cover letter and any supporting documents required for the position
Once you’ve found a position you’re interested in, select Apply Now at the top of the job posting.
Sign in to your job seeker profile and provide the required information, including your resume, cover letter and any supporting documents requested in the posting.
Note: Not providing all of the documents requested could delay review of your application.
Hiring managers review applications and select candidates to move forward in the recruitment process.
Application review times can vary depending on the position. If you’re selected for an interview, a member of the hiring team will contact you with next steps.
If selected, you may participate in one or more interviews. Interviews give us the opportunity to learn more about your education, experience, skills and interest in the position, while giving you a chance to learn more about the role and working at IH.

During the recruitment process, you may be asked to provide two or more professional references. We recommend having your reference information ready.
If you’re selected for the position, congratulations! You’ll receive an offer of employment and information about the next steps in joining the organization.
