The X-Change
The X-Change is a series of rounds that go beyond traditional Grand Rounds to engage in driving change in health care. Starting with ‘why’ and opening up the ‘what’ and the ‘how,’ we explore opportunities to change how we provide care.
Each X-Change session is followed up with a podcast with the presenter(s), do discuss their journey in more depth.
Project ECHO
Extension for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) is a tele-mentoring program designed to create a virtual Community of Practice. ECHO brings together health-care providers and subject matter experts using videoconference technology. ECHO sessions include a brief accredited lecture presentation, case presentation by one of the providers, case discussion and treatment and resource recommendations from the group, fostering an “all learn, all teach” approach.
