Interior Health creates and maintains practice environments that support new graduate registered nurses in providing safe, ethical, and quality health care.
Supportive practice environments assist the new graduate nurse in the consolidation of entry-level registered nurse practice and the further development of competence to provide consistently safe, competent and ethical nursing care in situations of increased complexity.
