About Creekside Landing Assisted Living
Creekside Landing, located in Vernon, embodies social integrated model of care is designed to provide a safe environment that acknowledges each Resident as an individual and supports the creation of partnerships to assist and support the highest quality of life possible.
This facility is two stories with complex care on the lower level and assisted living on upper level. There are 24 one bedroom suites designated for assisted living and are publicly subsidized.
