Heritage Square, located in Vernon, embodies a social integrated model of care designed to provide a safe environment that acknowledges each person as an individual and supports the creation of partnerships to assist and support the highest quality of life possible.
This facility is two stories with complex care on the lower level. There are 50 furnished, private complex care suites that are divided into four neighbourhood. All suites are behind secured doors. All suites are government subsidized.
