Long-term care beds
The Province and Interior Health are helping to meet the demands of the growing seniors’ population with the largest one-time increase in long-term care beds in the region in more than 16 years with 495 new beds announced in the region, in Vernon, Nelson, Kamloops, Kelowna and Penticton.
