- Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy medication might include (depending on symptoms):
- Beta Blocker: metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol-XL) or bisoprolol
- Calcium Channel Blockers: verapamil (Verelan) or diltiazem (Cardizem, Tiazac, others)

- Heart rhythm medicines: amiodarone (Pacerone), sotalol or disopyramide (Norpace).
