Information Privacy & Security Training
This annual training module helps to mitigate the risk of privacy and security breaches by reminding contractors and other partners of their privacy responsibilities when working with Interior Health.
Access Information Privacy & Security Training modules
As public bodies, health authorities have a legal obligation under the Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) to protect personal information in their custody and control. This obligation extends to contractors and other partners.
IH employees
IH requires employees to complete a training module to mitigate the risk of privacy and security breaches. Employees must complete their annual training requirement on iLearn.
Non-IH employees
The module linked below is intended for individuals who do not have access to iLearn. If you are unsure whether you should complete this training through iLearn, please check with your IH sponsor.
You will be asked to enter your name and email address to support course completion tracking and generate a certificate upon completion.
