About East Shore Community Health Centre

East Shore Community Health Centre has a healthcare team that works collaboratively and offers a range of healthcare services on-site. They strive to provide client-centred and culturally safe care. For example, you may have a check-up with your family doctor or nurse practitioner, or have an assessment with a physiotherapist, an appointment with a social worker, or a nurse. This clinic provides care only for patients of that clinic. For more information on how to register for a provider contact 8-1-1 or visit the Health Connect Registry.
