Community Care Clinic provides a range of nursing care and other professional health services in your community. Examples of some services offered in the clinics include:Wound care treatments performed by a nurseIntravenous antibiotic treatmentClient teaching related to treatments or specific diseases or conditions RehabilitationSocial work consultationGroup education on managing a chronic health condition All Community Care offices are open weekdays during regular business hours.  Some office clinics are also open on the weekends.   Appointments are scheduled in advance to provide care for clients who are mobile and do not require in-home visits.
