Please note: Outpatient lab services at Arrow Lakes Hospital (ALH) have temporarily reduced service hours due to staff availability. Friday service is unavailable. Full service is anticipated to resume April 12, 2024.

Hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to Noon.

Patients are welcome to schedule appointments at alternate IH lab locations using www.labonlinebooking.ca.

Kootenay Lake Hospital Laboratory in Nelson and Queen Victoria Hospital Laboratory in Revelstoke will continue to accept all outpatients Monday to Friday. 

Please note that emergency departments, inpatient, and long-term care lab services will not be affected.

Book your Lab Test and ECG online at www.labonlinebooking.ca. If you're unable to make a booking online, please call the Digital Health Support Desk to book at 1-844-870-4756 (Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST; Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST; excluding STAT Holidays).

If a booking time is not available to meet your needs, limited walk-in service is available.
