About Creekside Landing

Creekside Landing is a long-term care home with 160 publicly funded beds that is located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the syilx Nation in Vernon.

Creekside Landing’s social integrated model of care is designed to provide a safe environment that acknowledges each person as an individual and supports the creation of partnerships to assist and support the highest quality of life possible. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of care as we seek new opportunities to enrich the lives of seniors throughout the province.
