Mission Creek Landing is a long-term care home with 100 publicly funded beds that is located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the syilx Nation in Kelowna.

Our Mission: In partnership with others, we help individuals help themselves. We assist and support residents in making choices that promote independence, enhance their lives, and enable them to age with dignity.
