How can I book an appointment?
Online appointment booking preferred: www.labonlinebooking.ca. If you're unable to make a booking online, please call the Digital Health Support Desk to book at 1-844-870-4756 (Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST; Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST; excluding STAT Holidays).
If a booking time is not available to meet your needs, walk-in service is available.

- If you have questions about your requisition, fasting requirements, etc.: Please contact your health-care provider.

How can I find out if my requisition was received by the laboratory?
The lab cannot verify receipt of requisitions by telephone. Please contact your health-care provider for assistance.
