About Thompson Cariboo Shuswap Heart Function Clinic

The Thompson Cariboo Shuswap Heart Function Clinic (HFC) is an outpatient clinic available to support patients who live in the Kamloops and Thompson Cariboo Shuswap regions with a diagnosis of heart failure. Clients are supported with heart failure self-management education, tele-home monitoring, lifestyle behaviour education to help reduce risks, medical care, medication adjustments and educational information.

Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. 

Closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
