The Vineyards Residence is a long-term care home with 32 publicly funded beds that is located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the syilx Nation in Kelowna.

Our Mission and Vision is to provide the best possible environment to support residents and their loved ones through memory care and other health-related journeys. To foster a culture of dignity, compassion, integrity, and understanding that promotes the wellness of all residents, striving to improve both physical and mental health and overall well-being to whatever extent possible, helping residents live life to its fullest potential.
