Interior Health is planning whole community immunization clinics in rural and remote communities for people 18 and older who are due for their COVID-19 booster dose and for children age five to 11 to get the COVID-19 pediatric vaccine.

Interior Health plans to resume emergency department services at the Nicola Valley Hospital beginning Monday, Nov. 29, 2021.

Summerland residents are advised of a temporary closure to the Summerland Health Centre Outpatient Laboratory beginning November 16, 2021.

The public is advised that temporary visitor restrictions are now in place at Royal Inland Hospital due to COVID-19 activity at the facility. Effective immediately, only essential visitors will be able to attend the site.
