Tudor Village Laboratory temporarily closed

Tudor Village Laboratory, located at 1315 Summit Drive, Unit 3, is temporarily closed and lab services are unavailable due to water damage repair and restoration. Interior Health is working to repair the damage as soon as possible and will provide additional updates to the community on when the lab will re-open.

Clients with upcoming appointments will be contacted by Interior Health to reschedule. People can also reschedule or cancel their own appointments by visiting https://www.labonlinebooking.ca/en, or by calling the IH Digital Health Support Desk at 1-844-870-4756, Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Starting Monday, July 27, people with existing bookings, as well as walk-in clients, will be redirected to lab services at one of the following locations:

Tudor Village Laboratory is normally open 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday to Friday, with walk-ins accepted until 2 p.m.
