About Brookhaven Care Centre

Brookhaven Care Centre, located in Kelowna, embodies a resident-centered philosophy designed to support residents’ choices, help people function at their highest level, and provide the best quality of life possible. 
 
This facility is a single-story, non-profit seniors care home located in rural area of West Kelowna. It has 83 long-term care beds and 20 Specialized Geriatric CBDU beds and 1 community respite bed.
