About Central Okanagan Heart Function Clinic

The Central Okanagan Heart Function Clinic (HFC) is an outpatient clinic available to support patients who live in the Central Okanagan with a diagnosis of heart failure. Clients are supported with heart failure self-management education, tele-home monitoring, lifestyle behaviour education to help reduce risks, medical care, medication adjustments and educational information.

Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. = 4 p.m.

Closed on weekends and statutory holidays
