About Vascular Improvement Program

The Vascular Improvement Program (VIP) is for people who have had a heart attack, heart surgery or who have cardiovascular conditions. VIP offers a program of education, exercise sessions, behavioural lifestyle counselling and medical management. A referral from your family doctor or nurse practitioner is required and there is no cost for this program.
