About Vernon Cardiac Rehab Clinic

VJH cardiac rehab is a referral-based program of 8-weeks duration consisting of supervised exercise and education. An assessment is completed prior to enrolment and exercise sessions are held twice weekly at Vernon Jubilee Hospital. Additional off-site programs are available at the Vernon Wesbild Centre. The educational component includes sessions on cardiac anatomy/physiology, risk-factors, exercise, nutrition and medications.​
