Can I get help from a real live person?

Yes! Visit our Digital Health Support webpage and use our virtual assistant Simon (click on the yellow icon in the bottom right corner and type “chat with an agent" to be connected with a team member). Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

Alternately, you can call 1-844-870-4756 to be connected to the next available team member.

Can I book or reschedule my own lab appointment?

Yes! Visit www.labonlinebooking.ca to book and manage your lab appointments at any time.

Can I book a virtual appointment with my doctor?

Digital Health Support cannot provide medical advice. If you have an enquiry related to a personal health condition or questions about your results, please contact your family or referring physician, or call HealthLinkBC at 8-1-1 to speak to a health care professional. 

I’m looking for a physician – can you help me?
