If you are experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns, our Group Counselling & Education service can help you through your wellness journey and recovery. Services may include:

  • Support in developing personal treatment goals
  • Assessment and interventions
  • Group and/or individual counselling
  • Medical and psychiatric consultation
  • Education and self-management support
  • Referrals to other community services
  • Outreach services
