Services may include: assistance to find & keep housing, primary care, outreach, plus the following Treatment, Support & Recovery Services:

  • Support in developing personal treatment goals
  • Assessment & interventions
  • Group & individual counselling
  • Medical & psychiatric consultation
  • Education & self-management support
  • Referrals to other community services
  • Outreach services
