Safe Babies Program provides support and training to parents with infants in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), who have issues relating to prenatal drug, alcohol, or communicable disease exposure, and to pre-maturity or low birth weight. The program aims to ensure that infants in foster care are nurtured in a safe environment that supports optimal physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
