Our Adult Tertiary Rehabilitation program is for people who have a serious and persistent mental illness whose acute symptoms have stabilized. Through actively engaging in our rehabiliation program you will optimize your personal strengths and capacities, build your readiness, and develop the strategies, supports and knoweldge you need to be successful in the community.
