The Tobacco & Vapour Prevention & Control Program protects the public from the harms of tobacco use, vaping, second- and third hand smoke and vaping aerosol. Our Enforcement Officers conduct retail inspections and compliance checks and prevent the sale of tobacco and vapour products to minors. Contact our Enforcement Officers: - If you are a retailer in need of more signs or decals for your business - Have concerns regarding a retailer selling tobacco or vapour products to minors under the age of 19 - Have questions regarding compliance. Our Reduction Coordinators work with local governments, First Nations, schools, health professionals, and community partners to prevent and reduce tobacco and vapour use.
