The service provides information on:
- Feeding
- Immunization safety
- Parenting
- Family planning
- Community resources
- Quit smoking resources
This program is offered:
- At the Pleasant Valley Health Centre in Armstrong on Tuesdays from 1-3 p.m.
- At the Vernon Health Unit on Fridays (drop in) from 10-11:30 a.m.
- At the Lumby Health Unit on Fridays (by appointment only) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
