Interior Health and our partner agencies provide a range of mental health and substance use services for all ages. We strive to ensure that our services are welcoming of all peoples, gender identities, cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds.

We invite you to connect with our Access Services program at your local Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) Centre for more information and links to services that best meet your needs.

If you are in crisis and not able to visit or get in touch with your local MHSU Centre, please contact the Interior Crisis Line Network (24 hours) at 1-888-353-2273 for immediate assistance.

If you identify as Aboriginal and would like additional non-clinical, culturally safe support, connect to our Aboriginal Patient Navigator (APN) Services, where available, for assistance.

Public Health Services provide early childhood screening plus services for teens as well as programs, services and resources for adults and seniors.

Child and teen mental health services are offered throughout British Columbia through the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
