About North Shore Primary Care Centre

The North Shore Primary Care Centre's health-care team works collaboratively to offer a range of services on-site. Care is client-centered and culturally safe, and serves people from early years to end of life.

When you visit the centre, you may see a nurse practitioner or be supported by a nurse, social worker or other health-care provider.

This clinic provides care only for registered patients. For more information on how to register for a provider, contact 8-1-1 or visit the Health Connect Registry

Parking for North Shore Primary Care Centre

Parking is available free of charge and is located at the back of the building for patients of our clinic.

Hours for North Shore Primary Care Centre

  • Monday to Saturday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. You must call 250-312-3288 to book an appointment.
  • Closed Sundays and all statutory holidays
  • Phones are closed from noon to 1 p.m. daily
