About Cranbrook Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC)

The Cranbrook UPCC provides urgent primary care for people who need care within 12-24 hours. Patients are seen based on how urgently they need care based on their symptoms.

A registered nurse will assess your symptoms (triage) to understand how urgently you need care, and they will create a plan with you.

Depending on what you need, you may see a health professional at Cranbrook UPCC such as a physiotherapist, social worker, registered nurse, family doctor, nurse practitioner, mental wellness clinician, or occupational therapist.

If other services in the community can help such as your own family health-care provider, a pharmacy, Foundry East Kootenay, etc., we may connect you with them.
