To enrol in Interior Health’s MyHealthPortal you must:

  • have an email address entered into your patient record
  • be 19 or older

My email address is NOT on my patient record

If you do not have your email on your electronic patient record, or do not know if it was added, please do one of the following:

  1. Present your care card (or health services card) at an Interior Health site and request to have your email address added to your electronic patient record. You can then continue the self-enrolment process and enrol now by clicking “Yes” below.
  2. Request a virtual enrolment (via Zoom) by contacting MyHealthPortal support by email or toll-free (Monday-Friday from 7am to 7pm PST) at 1-844-870-4756. You will require a device with a webcam, government issued photo ID and your PHN in order to complete a virtual enrolment.

If you have shown your care card (or health services card) and submitted your email at patient registration in one of the participating Interior Health facilities, you may enrol now by clicking "Yes" below.

Important: Enter the information as it appears on your personal health record - use your legal first and last name only (no middle names, prefixes, nicknames, or shortforms). If successful, you will receive an email with a link to complete your enrolment. You will have 2 hours to complete your enrolment once you receive the email.
