About Outreach Urban Health Centre

The Outreach Urban Health Centre has a health-care team that works collaboratively and offers a range of health-care services on-site as they strive to provide client-centred and culturally safe care.

At the centre, you may have a visit with your family doctor or nurse practitioner, or be supported by a nurse, social worker or other health-care provider.

You can book an appointment or drop in.

Is the centre accessible by public transit?

Yes. The centre is two to three blocks away from the Queensway bus loop.

How do you book a lab appointment?

For locations that have appointment booking as an option, book your Lab Test and ECG online at www.labonlinebooking.ca. If you're unable to make a booking online, please call the Digital Health Support Desk to book at 1-844-870-4756 (Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST; Saturday-Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST; excluding STAT Holidays).
