About Penticton Heart Function Clinic

The Penticton Heart Function Clinic (HFC) is an outpatient clinic available to support patients who live in the South Okanagan with a diagnosis of heart failure. Clients are supported with heart failure self-management education, tele-home monitoring, lifestyle behaviour education to help reduce risks, medical care, medication adjustments and educational information.

A cardiac rehabilitation program can help you to get better after a heart attack, heart surgery or other heart conditions. These programs focus on helping you learn about and achieve a heart healthy lifestyle.
